Management includes maintenance and finances (see Financial Resources). Here we offer template policies and procedures to support co-ops with the everyday care of their buildings. These include policies around painting and locks; procedures around work orders and emergencies; and guidelines around safety and security.  

 

(CLT-affiliated co-ops will have fewer direct responsibilities regarding some of these matters, as CLT typically includes professional property management in its services.)
