This document exists as a sample and as a blank template. It creates a matrix for co-ops to keep track of key information and the processes around administering its collection and use.
The inventory looks at:
- the source of the information
- the type of information
- where the information is stored
- the rationale/reason for the collection of the information
- who has access
- and how long the information should be kept before responsible destruction.
