Community Resources

A strong, healthy community is a goal that all housing co-ops share. It’s also a goal that aligns with one of the key co-operative principles, “Concern for Community”.  

Community life can lead to conflicts among neighbours, but thoughtful policies and transparency around expectations really help avoid problems. Parking and pets can take up a lot of time! Take a look at sample policies that reflect current best practices and check out some of our community care guidelines.
