Confidentiality agreement

This agreement is aimed at management staff and any designated members with access to confidential information. It helps define examples of confidential information (e.g. financial information about members and applicants, information about co-op business) and how that information should be treated.
Directors should consider the sample ethical conduct declaration which includes confidentiality concerns.
