Governance tools
Come and learn tools that you can use to support successful governance in your housing co-op. Choose from 15 tools live within the workshop that will meet your co-op’s needs. It could be a meeting agreement, a member satisfaction survey or a good governance test. Try them out and discuss how and when you can use them.
Choosing the right tool for the job makes the difference between building a house that can withstand an earthquake and one that wouldn’t stand a chance. Don’t use any tools and you don’t have a house.
