The Occupancy Agreement is a schedule to the co-op’s Rules.

It captures many of the details of the relationship between the member and the co-operative such as

• the right to possession
• housing charges (how they are set, when and how they are to be paid)
• the need to comply with the Rules and Policies of the co-op
• the good neighbour provision
• requirements around smoking, insurance, alterations, notices, and more.
