Event Accessibility & Format

Education events are generally offered in all three formats, online via webinars, in-person at designated locations, and hybrid events combining both formats where possible.

Participants require a computer, smartphone or tablet with internet access to attend our online workshops or online events. For ideal participation, using a microphone and speakers or headset is encouraged.  The Zoom application is used for live online workshops or attending online for education events.

For CCL-hosted events, we strive to accommodate all participants by offering features like closed captioning, accessible PDFs, and personalized support when accessibility needs are shared.

Each online course is available to registered users for a period of six months. After six months, you will need to re-register for the course (and pay for any associated fees).

Recordings of workshops are not available to maintain privacy of discussions raised at each session. For session materials like handouts, registered users will receive them after the end of each workshop or conference and can use them indefinitely.
